As these items are very personal to you, we take great pride in ensuring you receive the best quality pieces. All inclusions are processed by hand to ensure a lasting preservation.

How do I package and send my item(s)?

All items inside of received packages are kept inside the package until preservation time. When the preservation process is started, items are transferred into the final shipment box and the milk is preserved on an individual sheet with name and order date. Individual milks are organized by order date and all orders are worked with one at a time to completely eliminate any mix-ups.

Ashes: I will need 1 TSP of ashes sent in a ziplock bag/screw container. I suggest sending everything in a small padded envelope through USPS (typically around $1-$4), this way you are able to track your package.

Flowers: Please send 2-3 fully dried petals in a ziplock bag with your name on the bag. I suggest sending It in a small padded envelope through USPS (typically around $1-$4).

Hair: I will need 15/25 hairs, depending on length, sent in a ziplock bag with your name on the bag. If you’re able, please tie a rubber band around the end of the hair to help keep everything together for your stone(s). I suggest sending It in a small padded envelope through USPS (typically around $1-$4). You can also send it through postal mail with an
envelope and stamp with no tracking.

Breast Milk: I will need 10ML (NOT ounces) of breastmilk sent to me thawed and double bagged (milk bags, syringes, milk storage cups) to prevent any leaks. Please write your name on the bag your milk is in. This can be old/warm milk, it will not affect your jewelry. Breast milk does not need to be cold/ frozen when shipped. Milk will actually need to be thawed out/room temperature when shipped. Milk also does not need to be fresh, old/expired/warm milk will work perfectly.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid using creams, perfumes, sanitizers, etc., while wearing your jewelry. Direct contact with cosmetics can damage your resin stones.

Handle your jewelry as delicately as you can to avoid surface scratches.

Keep your piece(s) away from other jewelry pieces to avoid scratches.

Avoid exposure to sunlight, water/salt water to keep the stone(s) from turning hues.

Store jewelry in a dry, dark place (i.e.: jewelry box, velvet bag).

Rose gold/Gold plated sterling silver pieces have natural wear with time. Jewelry can be re-plated at a local jeweler. Please make sure to inform them that the stones cannot be in contact with chemicals/ultrasonic machines.

If stones become dirty, use a Very soft bristles brush to clean the stone’s surface (rough bristles can cause scratches).

Treat your keepsakes as if they are as delicate as pearls.

Store any leftover preserved breastmilk in a dry environment.

Will my stone(s) turn yellow over time?

With proper care, your stones should last a lifetime! Please make sure to follow care instructions very carefully to avoid any discoloration.

Does jewelry tarnish or turn your finger green?

Jewelry will be available in 14k gold and 925 Sterling Silver. Over time, Sterling Silver will tarnish however, you can use the provided cleaning cloth to easily polish the silver. Sterling silver will not turn your fingers green.

How do I know my ring size?

What is the Turnaround Time?

The Turnaround Time (TAT) is 10-12 weeks from when your inclusions are received in the mail. 

Can you ship outside the United States?

I CAN ship out of the US through USPS for $17 added shipping charge.

What is your refund/cancelation policy?

All sales are final, no refunds will be granted once a deposit is made. Once the order is placed, it is your responsibility to send in all needed inclusions for your pieces. Failure to send in inclusions after one year will result in your order being archived/marked as “fulfilled.”
