How do I package and send my item(s)?
All items inside of received packages are kept inside the package until preservation time. When the preservation process is started, items are transferred into the final shipment box and the milk is preserved on an individual sheet with name and order date. Individual milks are organized by order date and all orders are worked with one at a time to completely eliminate any mix-ups.

Ashes: I will need 1 TSP of ashes sent in a ziplock bag/screw container. I suggest sending everything in a small padded envelope through USPS (typically around $1-$4), this way you are able to track your package.
Flowers: Please send 2-3 fully dried petals in a ziplock bag with your name on the bag. I suggest sending It in a small padded envelope through USPS (typically around $1-$4).
Hair: I will need 15/25 hairs, depending on length, sent in a ziplock bag with your name on the bag. If you’re able, please tie a rubber band around the end of the hair to help keep everything together for your stone(s). I suggest sending It in a small padded envelope through USPS (typically around $1-$4). You can also send it through postal mail with an
envelope and stamp with no tracking.
Breast Milk: I will need 10ML (NOT ounces) of breastmilk sent to me thawed and double bagged (milk bags, syringes, milk storage cups) to prevent any leaks. Please write your name on the bag your milk is in. This can be old/warm milk, it will not affect your jewelry. Breast milk does not need to be cold/ frozen when shipped. Milk will actually need to be thawed out/room temperature when shipped. Milk also does not need to be fresh, old/expired/warm milk will work perfectly.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid using creams, perfumes, sanitizers, etc., while wearing your jewelry. Direct contact with cosmetics can damage your resin stones.
Handle your jewelry as delicately as you can to avoid surface scratches.
Keep your piece(s) away from other jewelry pieces to avoid scratches.
Avoid exposure to sunlight, water/salt water to keep the stone(s) from turning hues.
Store jewelry in a dry, dark place (i.e.: jewelry box, velvet bag).
Rose gold/Gold plated sterling silver pieces have natural wear with time. Jewelry can be re-plated at a local jeweler. Please make sure to inform them that the stones cannot be in contact with chemicals/ultrasonic machines.
If stones become dirty, use a Very soft bristles brush to clean the stone’s surface (rough bristles can cause scratches).
Treat your keepsakes as if they are as delicate as pearls.
Store any leftover preserved breastmilk in a dry environment.
Will my stone(s) turn yellow over time?
With proper care, your stones should last a lifetime! Please make sure to follow care instructions very carefully to avoid any discoloration.
Does jewelry tarnish or turn your finger green?
Jewelry will be available in 14k gold and 925 Sterling Silver. Over time, Sterling Silver will tarnish however, you can use the provided cleaning cloth to easily polish the silver. Sterling silver will not turn your fingers green.
How do I know my ring size?

What is the Turnaround Time?
The Turnaround Time (TAT) is 10-12 weeks from when your inclusions are received in the mail.
Can you ship outside the United States?
I CAN ship out of the US through USPS for $17 added shipping charge.

Services Overview
Items are ordered and confirmed via our website at ttofky.com. Customization options are all listed and available on the website and pieces will be made as stated on the order. Alterations can be requested prior to finished products by sending an email to ttofky@gmail.com. Standard turnaround time is 10-12 weeks, but delays can happen that may extend this time. If any delays occur, you will be notified with an updated turn around time. Timeless Treasures of KY is not responsible for mail that is delayed, damaged, lost or stolen. All remaining DNA (ashes/hair/ preserved breastmilk, etc.) will be properly stored and sent back unless told otherwise. Leftover liquid milk will be discarded by the seller as it poses a health hazard from being expired through the postal carrier. Seller reserves the right to refuse service.
Agreements
No contracts exist between the purchaser and Timeless Treasures of KY for the sale of any product until a deposit payment is made. Confirming payment constitutes that you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions.
All sales are final and deposits are paid in advance with no refunds. Timeless Treasures of KY assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged products or shipments to or from Timeless Treasures of KY. Timeless Treasures of KY cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged materials due to fire, tornado, blizzard, flood, theft, earthquake, or any Act of God.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
All jewelry pieces are handmade and unique to how your milk reacts (including natural hue/color of milk) and the DNA inclusions chosen. There will never be two pieces alike, please consider this when trying to recreate another piece. All sales are final, no refunds will be granted once a deposit is made. Once the order is placed, it is your responsibility to send in all needed inclusions for your pieces. Failure to send in inclusions after one year will result in your order being archived/marked as “fulfilled”.
Example: If your item was purchased on January 1, 2022, I must have your DNA inclusions by January 1, 2023.
If you encounter any issues with your jewelry within 30 days of delivery date, notify Timeless Treasures of KY to issue a repair/exchange for your item(s).
Acceptable Use of Items
The jewelry is for wearing only, please keep out of reach of children as small items are a choking hazard. Never ingest items or leftover preserved powder. Your milk spoils during transit and could cause severe illness if returned milk/leftover preserved milk is ingested.
Payment
The prices payable for ordered items are in USD (US Dollars). Shipping/taxes are calculated at checkout (international shipping charges may apply).

Indemnity and Release
Placing an order for jewelry or other goods, you agree that you irrevocably and unconditionally release and agree to indemnify hold Timeless Treasures of KY owner, Anna Lewis and her associated harmless from liability and covenant not to sue her or her agents from and for any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring, during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from your purchase.
Proper Care for Jewelry
Jewelry is sterling silver/rose gold plated/gold plated. With time and wear, they will show wear. I do not recommend exposing the rings to water or sunlight. Any exposure to elements for long periods of time could result in the stone to change tint. To preserve milk, stones are made with a special resin. Resin will naturally turn a yellow tint with time, wear, and exposure. Sterling silver can be polished but do not get any polish on the stones themselves. If you purchase a plated ring, the plate will wear with time but any jeweler can re-plate the ring for you. Please remember that not everything will stay in brand new condition and loved items will show loved wear.
